SHARED OWNERSHIP
 

Shared ownership means you don't own 100% of your home yourself. You buy just a percentage of the house, from 25% to 75% initially, which means you can get on the property ladder even when you can't afford the full price of a property in your area. A housing association will own the rest of your property. Your percentage owned will be on a leasehold basis.

We have lenders that offer Right-to-Buy mortgages up to 100% of the purchase price. So if you qualify for the right-to-buy discount, you only need to find funds to cover any fees or charges. 

REMORTGAGE

Our Fees

We do not charge a fee unless your decide to go ahead with our advice.

​We will charge a fee of approximately 0.5% of the loan for residential mortgage advice. Where cases are complex or involve a restricted access to credit, we estimate that the fee will be 1% of the loan, with £200.00 of this fee payable at the time of application to the lender.
